Contingency and Retained Search Process
Our process is to actively source passive candidates who are not reachable via traditional recruiting methods.
Net-Consultants will discuss the position in detail with the company's internal recruiter and hiring manager to fully understand the requirement.
Based on this information, we will identify a list of the source firm's that most likely have the ideal candidate for this opening. We will then contact individuals from these firms that we have previously established a relationship with as well as contacting some individuals for the first time.
Usually, we speak with over 200 potential sources to find the top 5-10 candidates that are available. We then conduct a detailed pre-screening process and present to you the best 3-4 candidates for your consideration.
