Our recruiting services are on a contingency or retained basis and we provide candidates for perm, temp to perm or contract opportunities.

There are no fees for a contingency search unless a search results in a successful hire. Our standard fees for a contingency search for end clients are 20% of the starting base annual salary with a 90 day guarantee. Retained search fees are 1/3 of the starting annual salary. These rates are negotiable in some cases.

We also provide temporary as-needed recruiting support at $60/hr. This is ideal for firms that don't want to hire a full-time in-house recruiter.
